Across our portfolio of developer clients Taylor Roberts Ltd has designed bespoke schemes across the county of Kent, ranging from master-planning large development sites to infill schemes in villages. Our background in conservation and heritage architecture presents a skillset for integrating new build into historic settings and landscape, yet we can equally work to a brief seeking a contemporary and modern approach.
We have worked further afield where our client base takes us and have residential schemes in Cambridge, Esher, Guildford and Windsor.
We have also undertaken projects from small executive style properties between 3-5 units to schemes of around 10-14 and much larger, acting for a client base ranging from individual and joint venture collective entrepreneurs to corporate development companies, with each project individually designed to reflect the site context, housing need, aesthetic marketability, and budget.
